This last one I made took the most time, measures 5" across. It's my favorite although my daughter might not even EVER wear it. I used my same scrap of faux leathery material. I cut a large circle and 5 large petals, 5 medium petals, and 5 small petals. Then it was time to hot glue. I started with the big circle and hot glued petals one at a time onto to the circular piece and ended with another circle on top. I used "Amazing Quick HOLD Contact Adhesive" to glue all the beads shown in the photo.
There's no need to keep track of what you're eating; this is just to get used to seeing how often you eat without hunger. It also helps if you tend to continue eating despite no longer being hungry. Both habits you can change.
Digital photography is the greatest. It's so easy to snap picture after picture on holidays and other family occasions. It's convenient to store them too on those little tiny discs; except that's usually where they stay forever.
Commit to one week, seven days. Yes, you can do this. If I can, you can. Seven days. Okay, to make it so easy anyone can do this, start with one day. Today you will chart only a few things: The time on the clock whenever you decide you're hungry, and what your hunger level is right then on a scale of 1 to 10 with one being absolutely stark raving mad with hunger and 10 being so full you think you'll burst. Obviously the happy place is somewhere between 3 and 5. Most people never experience a one or 10.
It's 7:30 AM and I'm a 3 - hungry, not starving, not going to come unglued if I don't eat, but yes, I'm hungry. You must decide the levels for yourself, but I'd suggest making an effort to wait until you are a 3 or lower to eat. Don't worry about it for now though. This week is just to make a chart and get used to keeping track of something instead of weighing yourself.
Start on the first page with a full menu from Thanksgiving dinner. Blow it up to cover most of the page and list each item in a fancy cursive writing. Call upon someone who knows calligraphy if you can. Add a picture of your decorated table with the beautiful the dinner on it.
Get https://indaibang.vn/In_Lich_Tet.html or journal. If later you want to get a nice leather book, fine, but don't start this exercise with the excuse that you don't have the supplies. Use a scrap of paper you found on the ground if you have to, but starting today, you are going to track something about every day, for one week.
Another iPad 2 case made with luxury in mind is the Leo. This case is solid-colored and sleek. It appears to continue the flip-around cover trend to reveal other viewing angles if not a stand.
